Navigator Accreditation Session (20 minutes)

Accreditation Session (20 minutes), for completing the Change Navigator Accreditation.
Used to

  • Confirm applied use of New Logic Change at Navigator level and
  • To finalise accreditation requirements and documentation
  • Reflect on change engagement, actions and communications focused work

This is a reflective, applied conversation and not an exam or written test.

Navigator Coaching Session
(30 minutes)

For additional coaching support beyond accreditation.

Used to:

  • Work through a real change challenge and provide structured feedback 
  • Support change navigator-level application of change enablement in ambiguous contexts


This is a coaching and sense-making conversation, not an accreditation checkpoint.




How the session works

Booked as a single live appointment.

Session length depends on purpose:

  • 20 mins for accreditation
  • 30 mins for coaching


Focused on one real example from your work or a realistic change scenario








Coaching Availability

Sessions run between 

March 16th and December 18th 2026.

Weekly availability

  • Mondays: 2.30pm – 4.30pm (Sydney / Melbourne time)
  • Fridays: 9.30am – 11.30am (Sydney / Melbourne time)

Accreditation Session (20 minutes)

For Change Navigator Accreditation completion.

This session is used to:

  • Confirm applied use of New Logic Change at a Navigator level
  • Reflect on real engagement and action-focused application
  • Finalise accreditation requirements and documentation


This is a reflective, applied conversation, grounded in real work. It is not an exam or formal assessment.

Coaching Session (30 minutes)

For additional coaching support beyond accreditation.

This session is used to:
  • work through a real change or leadership challenge
  • sense-check navigator-level facilitation and judgment
  • refine how you are applying the approach in a variety of contexts
  • extend learning beyond included program coaching


This is a coaching and sense-making conversation, not an accreditation checkpoint.

How the session works

Booked as a single live appointment.

Session length depends on purpose:
  • 20 minutes for accreditation
  • 30 minutes for coaching


The conversation focuses on one real example from your work or a realistic leadership scenario. 

The focus is on application and momentum, not perfect execution.

You will need to bring

For Navigator Accreditation

Bring:
  • one applied example using a Cornerstone, Communications or Actions tool
  • from a real work or a virtual session case study


Be ready to talk through:
  • what you were trying to achieve
  • who was involved and why
  • what shifted and what you learned 


No polished slides or formal presentation required.

For Navigator Coaching

Bring:
  • a real situation you’re navigating,
  • or a leadership decision you want to sense-check


That’s it.

What's Included?

By the end of the session, you may:

  • complete the Change Navigator Accreditation
  • build confidence leading change conversations
  • receive your digital accreditation certificate (if applicable)
