Geoff Rose
Geoff works with leaders and teams to build clarity, confidence, and capability during change. His approach centers on real conversations, shared understanding, and practical steps that move people forward.
With over 30 years in change enablement roles, Geoff’s work is grounded in lived experience rather than academic theory. His content draws on techniques that have been learnt, tested, and refined in real-world environments, helping people build momentum and create change that actually sticks.
Everything he teaches connects back to one idea: change works best when people feel involved, understood and confident in the path ahead.
