This is a one-to-one, paid session for Advanced Change Navigators who want either to complete accreditation or access additional coaching support beyond what’s included in their program.

This session can be used to:
  • complete Advanced Navigator Accreditation, or
  • access additional Advanced-level coaching support

It follows the same format and standards as the bundled Advanced Coaching + Accreditation session.

Accreditation Session (20 minutes)

Accreditation Session (20 minutes) For completing Advanced Change Navigator Accreditation.

Used to

  • Confirm applied use of New Logic Change at Advanced level and
  • To finalise accreditation requirements and documentation
  • Reflect on real leadership or outcomes-focused work

This is a reflective, applied conversation and not an exam or written test.



Advanced Coaching Session (30 minutes)

For additional coaching support beyond accreditation.

Used to:

  • Work through a real leadership or change challenge sense-check. 
  • Supports Advanced-level facilitation and judgment application in complex or ambiguous contexts


This is a coaching and sense-making conversation, not an accreditation checkpoint.

How the session works

Booked as a single live appointment.

Session length depends on purpose:


  • 20 mins for accreditation
  • 30 mins for coaching


Focused on one real example from your work or a realistic leadership scenario



Coaching Availability

Sessions run between March 16th and December 18th 2026.

Weekly availability

  • Mondays: 2.30pm – 4.30pm (Sydney / Melbourne time)
  • Fridays: 9.30am – 11.30am (Sydney / Melbourne time)

Who's this session for?

One-to-one sessions for Advanced Change Navigators who want to either complete accreditation or access additional, focused coaching support.

The booking procedure is the same regardless of session, but individual sessions will have a different experience.

Accreditation Session (20 minutes)

For Advanced Navigator Accreditation completion.

This session is used to:
  • confirm applied use of New Logic Change at Advanced level
  • reflect on real leadership or outcomes-focused application
  • finalise accreditation requirements and documentation


This is a reflective, applied conversation, grounded in real work. It is not an exam or formal assessment.

Advanced Coaching Session (30 minutes)

For additional coaching support beyond accreditation.

This session is used to:

  • work through a real leadership or change challenge
  • sense-check Advanced-level facilitation and judgment
  • refine how you are applying the approach in complex contexts
  • extend learning beyond included program coaching


This is a coaching and sense-making conversation, not an accreditation checkpoint.

Session length depends on purpose:
  • 20 minutes for accreditation
  • 30 minutes for coaching


The conversation focuses on one real example from your work or a realistic leadership scenario. The focus is on application, judgment, and momentum, not perfect execution.

You will need to bring

For Advanced Accreditation

Bring:
  • one applied example using a Leadership or Outcomes tool
  • from real work or a workshop case study from a virtual session   


Be ready to talk through:
  • what you were trying to achieve
  • who was involved and why
  • what shifted what you learned

 
No polished slides or formal presentation required.

For Advanced Coaching

Bring:

  • a real situation you’re navigating,
  • or a leadership or facilitation decision you want to sense-check


That’s it.

  • complete Advanced Change Navigator Accreditation
  • gain clarity on Advanced-level application
  • build confidence leading complex change conversations
  • receive your digital accreditation certificate (if applicable)
