The Leader Engagement Series is designed to intentionally shape how leaders show up during change. It helps leaders move from passive endorsement to active ownership, strengthening alignment, accountability, and confidence at the moments that matter most.

This series supports leaders to actively shape direction, reinforce shared priorities, and sustain momentum, especially when change becomes complex, uncertain, or emotionally charged.

  • Shine Coaching - Support leaders to reflect, build confidence, and strengthen how they show up during change. Provides structure for effective, human conversations.
  • Leader Alignment - Create shared understanding and alignment across leaders on direction, priorities, and outcomes before plans harden.
  • Change Energiser - Help leaders re-engage, restore momentum, and refocus attention when change loses energy or clarity.

You’ll also get:

  • Practical tools leaders can apply immediately in real change situations
  • Examples showing how leadership behaviour directly shapes momentum and trust
  • Recognised progress toward the Advanced Navigator Accreditation
