Essentials: Change Cornerstones Foundations Workshop
(Contributes to Navigator Accreditation)

A 2-hour facilitated virtual workshop focused on applying core New Logic Change principles and Cornerstone tools in realistic situations. You’ll work with a facilitator and peer group to notice how principles show up in conversation, what feels natural or harder, and how early alignment and momentum are shaped.

How It Runs:

  • Duration: 2 hours
  • Format: Facilitated small-group session
  • Schedule: Twice per month Dates: February 19 – December 17, 2026
  • Times: First Tuesday, 9:30am,Third Thursday, 9:30pm (Sydney / Melbourne time zone)

Communications Workshops
(Navigator Accreditation)

A 2-hour facilitated virtual workshop focused on applying New Logic Change communication principles and tools in practice. You’ll work with an experienced facilitator and a peer group to explore how communication is shaped through real conversations with the Change Insiders who need to live the change, and how insight from those conversations can shift understanding and perspective.

Using shared case scenarios, the session focuses on noticing how communication decisions influence understanding, alignment, and momentum as change unfolds, not by perfecting messages, but by paying attention to what is heard, interpreted, and carried forward.

How It Runs:

  • Duration: 2 hours
  • Format: Facilitated small-group session
  • Schedule: Once per month, alternating time slots
  • Times: 9.30am, second Wednesday (March, May, July, September, November) and 2.30pm, second Tuesday (April, June, August, October, December)

Actions Workshops
(Navigator Accreditation)

A 2-hour facilitated virtual workshop focused on how change actions are created, agreed, and shaped, not just what actions are chosen. You’ll work with an experienced facilitator and a peer group to explore how shared understanding about where the change is heading leads to clearer, more aligned action.

Using shared case scenarios, the session focuses on how agreement on priorities is formed, how options are surfaced and tested, and how sequencing decisions help people move forward together. The emphasis is on creating the conditions for action that people can genuinely commit to, rather than prescribing tasks or plans.

How It Runs:

  • Duration: 2 hours
  • Format: Facilitated small-group session
  • Schedule: Once per month, alternating morning and afternoon sessions
  • Times: 9.30am, fourth Tuesday (March, May, July, September, November) 2.30pm, fourth Thursday (April, June, August, October)
  • December timing: In December, sessions run earlier in the month (second week) to avoid the Christmas period

Leadership Workshops
(Advanced Navigator Accreditation)

A 2-hour facilitated virtual workshop focused on how leadership shapes change outcomes through decisions, behaviour, and presence. You’ll work with an experienced facilitator and a peer group to explore how leaders influence alignment, accountability, and momentum as change unfolds.

Using shared scenarios, the session focuses on noticing how leadership choices affect clarity, trust, and ownership, not by rehearsing ideal leadership behaviours, but by examining how real leadership moments are interpreted, responded to, and carried forward by others.

You’ll work with an experienced facilitator and a peer group to explore how clarity around outcomes influences alignment, accountability, and momentum as change progresses.

Using shared scenarios, the session focuses on noticing how outcome-related choices are interpreted, acted on, and sustained, shifting attention from abstract targets to practical, shared understanding of what success looks like in context.
