Coaching & Accreditation:
More Information

Navigator Coaching & Accreditation

These sessions support Navigators to consolidate learning, apply New Logic Change in real situations, and complete accreditation where relevant.

They are grounded in real work and practical reflection, not formal assessment.

What these sessions are for

Navigator Coaching & Accreditation sessions are used to:
  • complete Change Navigator Accreditation
  • receive applied coaching support during or after a Navigator program
  • sense-check real change situations and facilitation choices

Sessions focus on how change is being shaped in practice, including, what you tried, what you noticed, and what shifted as a result.

They are not exams, presentations, or performance reviews.

How the sessions work

Sessions are short, focused, one-to-one conversations.

They typically centre on:
  • one applied example from your work or a realistic workshop scenario
  • how understanding, alignment, or momentum was shaped
  • what felt clear, challenging, or important in your approach

The emphasis is on sense-making and application, not perfect execution.

When participants typically use these sessions

For most 13-week Navigator programs, participants:

  • complete core eLearning and virtual workshops first

  • apply at least one tool in practice

  • schedule accreditation or coaching toward the later part of the program

Exact timing depends on the program pathway and individual readiness.
