It brings together the full New Logic Change™ learning system in a focused, accelerated format for people ready to commit, apply, and progress with intent.

This program is designed for people who want to move confidently from foundations through to advanced change leadership, without stepping through multiple separate programs.

You will build the capability to:

Express Pathway

The Express Program follows the same accreditation standards and applied learning expectations as the standard pathway.

This pathway is delivered within a shorter, structured timeframe for participants who are ready to commit, apply learning in real contexts, and progress efficiently to Advanced Navigator Accreditation.

New Logic Change™ - Advanced Navigator Accreditation

Design and lead meaningful change in complex, real-world environments.

By the end of this module, you will:

The Advanced Navigator Accreditation focuses on designing, leading, and sustaining change in complex environments where judgment, leadership influence, and accountability matter.

By completing this program, you will be able to:
  • Design change approaches at a system level, integrating people, context, and strategy rather than applying tools in isolation
  • Engage leaders as active owners of change, shaping how outcomes are framed, decisions are made, and accountability is modelled
  • Work confidently with outcomes, connecting intent, action, and measurable progress across multiple initiatives
  • Navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and trade-offs, making sound change decisions without complete information
  • Exercise advanced change judgement, knowing when to adapt, combine, or step away from standard approaches
  • Demonstrate advanced capability through reflection and evidence, drawing on real experience to articulate what worked, what didn’t, and why

Live Virtual Workshops 

To become an accredited Advanced Navigator, you will complete five facilitated live virtual workshops.

These applied sessions focus on using New Logic Change™ in real contexts and include:

  • Essentials Virtual Workshop
  • Change Communications Virtual Workshop
  • Change Actions Virtual Workshop Navigator
  • Leader Engagement Virtual Workshop
  • Change Outcomes Virtual Workshop

Each workshop is practical, scenario-based, and contributes directly to your accreditation evidence.

Coaching & Accreditation

To complete accreditation, you will participate in two 20-minute live coaching sessions.

These focused sessions:
  • Consolidate your learning
  • Use your real project example
  • Form part of your final accreditation evidence


On successful completion, you will be certified across:
  • New Logic Change™ — Navigator Accreditation 
  • New Logic Change™ — Advanced Navigator Accreditation 

A short guidance module supports you to prepare, including:
