The Navigator Accreditation – Express Program is a complete, end-to-end pathway to becoming an accredited New Logic Change™ Navigator.

It brings together the core New Logic Change™ learning system in a focused, accelerated format for people ready to learn, apply, and step confidently into real change conversations.

What this program is

This program is designed for people new to New Logic Change™ who want a clear, structured pathway from foundations through to Navigator accreditation.

You will build the capability to:

  • Guide real change conversations with clarity and confidence
  • Help people make sense of what’s changing
  • Support shared ownership and early momentum in real situations


All within a single, integrated accreditation pathway.

Express Pathway

The Express Program follows the same accreditation standards and applied learning expectations as the standard pathway.

The difference is focus and pace.

This pathway is delivered within a shorter, structured timeframe for participants who are ready to commit, apply learning quickly, and progress efficiently to Navigator Accreditation.

One pathway. Two certifications.

This is an all-inclusive accreditation program.

By completing this pathway, you become eligible for three New Logic Change™ certifications:

  • New Logic Change™ – Essentials Certificate
  • New Logic Change™ – Navigator Accreditation


There is no need to enrol in separate programs or stages.

By the end of this program, you will

The Navigator Accreditation focuses on guiding real change conversations with clarity, confidence, and shared ownership. It equips you to work effectively with uncertainty, engage the right people early, and help teams make sense of what’s changing so they can move forward together.

By completing this program, you will be able to:
  • Use the New Logic Change™ principles in real conversations, creating clarity and momentum early 
  • Translate context into shared understanding, helping people see what’s changing and why it matters
  • Engage the right people early, so change is shaped with people, not done to thement, knowing when to adapt, combine, or step away from standard approaches
  • Navigate uncertainty and mixed perspectives, keeping conversations constructive and grounded
  • Turn insight into practical action, supporting next steps that are realistic, owned, and doable
  • Demonstrate your capability through reflection and evidence, drawing on real examples to show what you did, what changed, and what you learned

Live Virtual Workshops 

To become an accredited Navigator, you will complete three facilitated live virtual workshops.

These applied sessions focus on using New Logic Change™ in real contexts and include:

  • Essentials Virtual Workshop
  • Change Communications Virtual Workshop
  • Change Actions Virtual Workshop Navigator

Each workshop is practical, scenario-based, and contributes directly to your accreditation evidence.

Coaching & Accreditation

To complete accreditation, you will participate in one 20-minute live coaching session.

This focused session:
  • Consolidates your learning
  • Use's your real project example
  • Forms part of your final accreditation evidence


On successful completion, you will be certified as a:
  • New Logic Change™ — Navigator Accreditation.

A short guidance module supports you to prepare, including:

  • What to bring to coaching
  • How to use your project example
  • How accreditation works and what’s assessed
  • Step-by-step submission guidance


This ensures you are confident, prepared, and focused.
